I decided to give therapy one more try before looking into back surgery. As a 30-year-old, I knew I shouldn’t have this much pain. I’ve tried seeing a chiropractor, had 3 steroid injections, oral steroids, and as mentioned, a failed attempt with a different PT. The battle with these issues had been going on for 9 years. I herniated a disc in college and have been suffering from lower back pain and sciatic nerve problems ever since. When I first started at Fast Track, I was very hesitant because I had already tried physical therapy, (at a different facility), and did not get any relief. All the patients here are treated as if we are paying top dollars for a room full of personal assistants. Often times when I was at Fast Track, I visualized that I was a pro athlete in my private gym. I would consider this whole process as more of an experience, rather than physical therapy. Everyone worked together getting my “trigger points” in check.

Courtney, Brian, Kellsie, and Alex worked on my back and my feet (I had plantar fasciitis). During all of that time, my tension was in one spot on my back-and Fast Track got it to go away! I apparently had this and a few other areas that were causing all of the pain I was having. A friend recommended I go to Fast Track Physical Therapy and it ended up being the best choice ever! I have spent a great deal of money on massage, chiropractors, and PT for over 30 years. I was reluctant because I had not had any success before. Sitting and laying down had become nearly impossible, so my doctor suggested I try physical therapy.
